  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  • Highly motivated, creative and outgoing personalities

  • Passionate in meeting new people and building relationship

  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in Customer Service field

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
